A practical Wellesley donation worksheet
Bar stool donation planner
Counter stools and bar stools are not interchangeable for every recipient. Measure from the floor to the top of the seat and also record the total height, width and depth. Say whether each has a back, arms, a swivel or adjustable height.

Before recipient review
Show the footrest, legs or pedestal and seat attachment. Describe wobbling, loose hardware and any faulty lift or swivel mechanism. If stools match, give the quantity and note whether their condition differs. Do not treat a broken adjustment mechanism as normal wear.
Prepare only as agreed
Ask the recipient to confirm that the seat height suits its needs before transport is arranged. Keep any matching pads together. Stools may look compact but take up substantial space when they cannot stack; tell the reviewer whether stacking is possible without damage.
