Cookie notice

A plain explanation of cookies, temporary planning data and essential site functions.

Cookies used by our site code

Our site code does not install advertising pixels, analytics tools or advertising and analytics cookies. We have not added optional tracking that requires an Accept or Reject choice. The site does not load fonts from an external font service.

Temporary browser storage

The donation planning tools use session storage named wdp-plan-v1 for item quantities, optional measurements, checklist choices and saved guide links. It is limited to this browser tab and is separate from cookies. It does not contain the pickup form's contact fields, and nothing is sent to the CRM by saving a plan.

Open My plan and choose Clear plan to remove the draft. Closing the browser tab normally ends its session storage; browser session restore behavior can vary.

Hosting and security

Our hosting and security providers may use necessary technical mechanisms, security cookies and request logs to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. These services are different from advertising tracking. The pickup delivery service also uses limited technical records to handle submissions and prevent duplicates.

Your browser controls

You can review or clear cookies and site storage in your browser's settings. Blocking storage may prevent a planning draft from carrying between pages. Your browser's autofill, history and session restore settings are controlled separately. This notice does not create new storage or change your contact choices.
